Embarked on a transformative journey, Bright Institute, formerly known as Bright University, sought a dynamic website redesign to align with its new identity as the School of Professional Development & Continuing Education.
The client envisioned a comprehensive overhaul, including the design of a new logo and a streamlined home page reflecting their educational focus, with a pivotal link to their educational partner's site, ed2go.
As the sole designer on the project, I worked directly with the client, collaborating closely to bring their vision to life.
Implementation
The updated website featured essential menus such as Home, About Us, Programs, FAQs, and Contact Us. Visitors experienced enhanced navigation, enabling them to seamlessly explore programs directly from the home page to access course-specific pages. The integration of a comprehensive catalog showcasing Certificate Programs, Fundamental Courses and Career Training Programs, enriched the user experience, solidifying Bright Institute's digital presence in the realm of professional development and education.
The website was built as a responsive site, ensuring optimal user experience across various devices. Leveraging the capabilities of Elementor and WordPress, the site was built with a focus on flexibility and ease of maintenance, allowing for seamless updates and enhancements.
Visual Identity
The visual identity for Bright Institute underwent a meticulous design process, characterized by iterative sketching and refinement. The logo concept emerged from a series of creative iterations, ultimately culminating in a visually compelling and impactful final design.
Drawing inspiration from the original visual identity, the colors were thoughtfully updated to seamlessly align with the essence of the new brand. Furthermore, the selection of typefaces played a crucial role, with careful consideration given to those that would evoke a sense of growth and progress, embodying the forward-looking nature of Bright Institute's educational mission.
